Wow! I was able to rent out my townhome in the suburbs while living in the city! I didn't have a car at the time and Rob picked me up from the train station. Mind you I had never met him before in my life but felt comfortable right from the start! Not only that, but then he even dropped me off where I needed, which at the time really helped me out. He was very persistant and got me a two year lease signed with tenants that I just met and fell in love with (we hugged eachother goodbye and they want to introduce me to their daughter who they thought I would become friends with).
